My Professional Journey
My professional journey has taken me through hotels, restaurants, sales, distribution, management and training. I have managed my own restaurant, developed extensive experience in distribution, and served as Head of Sales in Northern Greece at Athenian Brewery, part of the Heineken Group.
Moving between these roles gave me a 360-degree view of how an organisation works — from the guest-facing moment to commercial strategy and team leadership. The lesson was simple: standards matter only when they can be applied consistently.
Today, I bring this background to consulting, professional training and writing, turning experience into practical knowledge that professionals and organisations can use every day.
